CRH, the leading provider of building materials solutions, has acquired the aggregates business of the Kufner Group d.d.. Operating four quarries in Eastern and Central Croatia, the Kufner Group is the market leader in the Croatian aggregates industry.
Its railway infrastructure and insulation materials businesses, and the related companies Remont Pruga Matić d.o.o. and Kumal S d.o.o., are not part of this transaction.
