Igor Poljanšek

He graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science in Zagreb in 1997, and as a scholarship holder he was immediately employed at the company Ericsson Nikola Tesla d.d., where he deals with the planning and construction of mobile telecommunications networks.

Krunoslav Molnar

He graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb in 2004, and in 2012 completed postgraduate studies in financial reporting, auditing and analysis.

Ante Kušurin

He joined the investment firm One Equity Partners (OEP) in 2011 and is a Partner based in New York. During his time at OEP, Mr. Kušurin worked on numerous investments in the industrials and technology sectors.

Deputy Chairman

Zvonimir Jurjević

Mr Zvonimir Jurjević has more than 30 years of experience in finance and banking. Having taken his degree at the Faculty of Economics and Business in Zagreb, he began his career at the Udružena banka Hrvatske (UBH) in 1988, and then worked as an FX and MM trader at Zagrebačka Banka, where he managed its foreign exchange market and served as Treasury director. After heading the Retail Division for two years, in 1998 he was appointed member of the Zagrebačka banka Management Board with a responsibility for retail banking. In 2007-2008 he served of the Management Board of HVB BiH in Sarajevo and Chief Operating Officer of UniCredit bank BiH in Mostar at the same time. Over the course of his career, Mr Jurjević has held numerous key positions on supervisory boards of the bank’s affiliates, including chairmanship of the supervisory boards at ZB Invest, Prva stambena štedionica building society, real estate firm ZANE, as well as being the Supervisory Board Chairman of Zagrebačka banka Mostar BiH, Universal banka Sarajevo BiH and UniCredit Zagrebačka banka Mostar BiH. He was also Europay Croatia CEO, member of the CEE Board of Directors of MasterCard Europe, a founding member of the Croatian Forex association, as well as Allianz Zagreb Supervisory Board member and deputy chairman. In addition, he served as member of the Supervisory Board of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, and Deputy Chairman and Chairman of the Questus Real Estate Fund. A career in banking was followed by entrepreneurship and consulting work; he is currently formally retired.

Zlatko Kufner

Co-owner of Kufner Grupa and shareholder representative in the Supervisory Board, he graduated from the Geotechnical Faculty in Varaždin. He devoted his entire career to the exploitation of mineral raw materials and the production of stone materials. He started his career in 1975 at IGM Kamen Sirač, where he became production manager in 1986.

Nenad Porges

He graduated from the Faculty of Foreign Trade and received his master's degree from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb. He began his career as an analyst and consultant at CEMA (Center for Marketing Research). From 1993 to 2000, he held a number of high-ranking positions in the Government of the Republic of Croatia, including Deputy Minister of Economy, Advisor to the Prime Minister, and Minister of Economy.

Emil Mihalina

He graduated and received his master's degree from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb and his doctorate from the Faculty of Economics in Osijek. He currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at the Agram Strukturiranje Group. During his rich career in the field of capital markets, finance and banking, he has held numerous positions, including President of the Management Board of Kreditna banka Zagreb d.d., Agram Invest, Deputy Director and Head of the Analysis and Planning Department at Partner Kapital, and Head of the Financial Analysis and Planning Department at CROBA Securities.
