The Kufner Group converted into a Plc, supervisory board members appointed
In accordance with the resolutions of the Kufner Group annual general meeting held on 7 October 2024, by decision of the Commercial Court in Zagreb No: Zg Tt-24/39227-2 of 16 October 2024, the fact of company conversion from a private limited liability company into a public limited company was entered in the court register.

Energy renovation of the Slavonski Brod Technical School
As part of the energy renovation project, the building of the Technical School at Eugena Kumičića 55 in Slavonski Brod was given modern thermal insulation through the installation of high-quality wall sandwich panels with a mineral wool core.

The Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) was officially transposed into Croatian legislation in July 2024 through amendments to the Accounting Act.
